NACAC Virtual College Fair Just for Counselors – 8/19/2020
High school counselors and other advisers are cordially invited to attend the first NACAC Virtual College Fair on August 19, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Covering the Gap: Pieces of the Puzzle to Help Pay Your Education Bill It’s time to address the balance due for education costs or start planning for upcoming costs. PHEAA, represented by Linda Pacewicz and Daniel Wray of PA Forward, are offering one-hour webinars on the topic of Covering the Gap. These webinars emphasize best practices (such as seeking grants and scholarships first), remind families about additional resources (such as payment plans), and touch on private/alternative loans as a last resort. “PAForward Student Loan” Program – 8/20/2020 (professional development)
The “PAFoward Student Loan” program is designed for PA students are alternative loan opportunities for students needing additional funds to pay for their cost of attendance. This professional development will take place on August 20th, 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM.
